The Ebonyi State Police Command has arrested the suspected mastermind behind the kidnapping and killing of Francis Igwe, the traditional ruler of Ndufu-Alike community in Ikwo Local Government Area, Ebonyi State, marking a significant development in a case that has drawn national attention.
