Authorities in Idemili North Local Government Area and Onitsha North Local Government Area are at odds over the decision to rename the well known Limca Road in honour of Anyaoku, a former Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Nations. At the heart of the disagreement is the question of which local authority holds the legal and administrative rights over the road in question.
